All orders sent within the U.S. will be shipped at a single, flat rate of $3.75. Similarly, all international orders will be shipped at the rate of $12.00. Whether one or more items are purchased, the shipping price will remain the same.

All orders over $60 will receive FREE SHIPPING anywhere in the United States. The $60 amount does not include taxes, only the products themselves.

The total shipping amount will be clearly displayed before you submit your order.

Items that have been purchased, whether in electronic or printed format, may be returned if they are damaged at the time they are received by the buyer. If the buyer receives a book, CD, or electronic file that is damaged in some way (i.e., missing, torn, or loose pages in books, inoperable CDs, etc.), we will provide a replacement copy. However, we must be notified immediately upon receipt of the item(s). Notification should be made by e-mail at Sales@ForefrontPublishers.com.

Unsold or overstock items may not be returned. Items purchased by districts, schools or bookstores are non-returnable unless they were damaged upon receipt. For instructions on reporting damaged items, please see the “Returns paragraph” above.

We currently accept domestic Purchase Orders. Most districts and campus bookstores are exempt from paying sales taxes if they can present a Seller’s Permit at the time of purchase. Purchase Orders (and Seller’s Permits) may be FAXED to us at (310) 514-0396. These documents may also be sent by e-mail as attachments to Sales@ForefrontPublishers.com. The order will be filled immediately upon receipt.
