Forefront publishers wishes to welcome all educators and students of second language to our website. Our interest is clearly to serve the needs of educators and students of second languages who are searching for materials including books, CDs and tapes which accelerate the acquisition of a second language. The word "accelerate" very simply states our philosophy about language acquisition. We believe that it is possible to acquire a second language in a relatively short period of time and that this is made possible only when the underlying design and methods used are well rooted in research and theory. Furthermore, we do not believe that second language instruction should be arduous or boring in order to be accelerate. On the contrary, rapid second language instruction is often exciting, engaging and enjoyable. All instructional materials developed by Forefront come from this basic philosophy. We are a relatively small publishing house. Yet, this works to the advantage of all involved since it is easier for us to meet the needs to our clientele.
